Eligibility & Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure at all times.

User Responsibilities & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account login details, API keys, and two-factor authentication codes. Any activity originating from your account will be deemed your direct responsibility.

Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in market manipulation, unauthorized automated scraping, bot deployment, money laundering, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Fees, Deposits & Withdrawals
All platform transactions, trading fees, deposits, and withdrawals are subject to real-time network conditions and processing limits. Users acknowledge and agree to review all applicable fee schedules prior to initiating any transaction.

Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses resulting from market volatility, network downtime, blockchain congestion, or unauthorized third-party access beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
